Fast and careful delivery
At Phileas Cloud, we know you do not want to wait to receive your order. That’s why this is our top priority to dispatch them as soon as possible.
From Monday to Friday, if you place an order before 1 pm, your order will be shipped the very same day.
Orders placed after 1 pm or on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be shipped the following working day.
We preparing you order with the greatest of care in order to protect the products as much as possible during delivery. If, despite the care we provide, any damages occur in shipment, please contact us as soon as you receive it and we will do whatever is possible to solve the problem.
Order tracking
Whatever the delivery method used, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number allowing you to track your order online.
You can check your tracking number at any time on your customer account.
